Delivery & Returns

Here's what delivery costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something isn't right.

Delivery

  • We deliver to UK addresses only at the moment.
  • UK delivery is £3.95 on a single shirt, and free when you order 2 or more. Everything in one order is sent together in one parcel.
  • Every shirt is printed to order, just for you, then posted. Allow 2 to 5 working days from ordering to it landing on your doormat.
  • You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is posted.
  • If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, tell us and we'll chase it, then replace or refund it if it's lost.

Busy times of year (Christmas, mostly) can add a few days. Please check your address carefully at the checkout: once a shirt has gone to print we can't change where it's going.

Changed your mind?

If you're a UK consumer you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do that:

  • Email hello@aposlostudios.com within 14 days of delivery with your name and order reference, so we know it's coming.
  • Post the shirt to:

  • Send the shirt back within 14 days of telling us. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in the condition it arrived in.
  • You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service.
  • We refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days of getting the shirt back.

Wrong size?

Because each shirt is made to order we don't hold stock to swap from, so there's no direct exchange. Return it as above for a refund and place a new order in the right size. The size guide is worth thirty seconds of your life before you buy.

Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered?

That's on us. Email hello@aposlostudios.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won't pay any postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancelling before it ships

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel or fix a mistake, email us straight away. If it hasn't gone to print we'll cancel and refund it. If it has, you can still use your 14 day right to cancel once it arrives.
