Terms & Conditions

The rules of the shop, written to be read. Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Aposlo Studios Ltd trading as Aposlo, 2 Stanbury Place, Cleobury Mortimer, DY14 8RQ. You can reach us at hello@aposlostudios.com.

2. What we sell

Printed t-shirts, made to order by our print partner. Photos are a guide: print colours and placement can vary slightly from screen to shirt, and garment measurements can vary by up to 5 cm. The designs are meant as jokes. Some contain adult humour or censored swearing.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Each shirt costs £19.99. UK delivery is £3.95, and free when you order 2 or more shirts. Payment is taken in full by card through Stripe when you order. If we ever list an obviously wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. How the contract is made

When you pay, you are making an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we send your order confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, a size goes out of stock with our print partner) we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated times are on the Delivery & Returns page. They are estimates, not guarantees, but if your order has not arrived within 30 days you can cancel it for a full refund. The shirt becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. How to do it, and how refunds work, is set out on the Delivery & Returns page. We may reduce a refund if the shirt has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what's needed to check it, as you would in a shop.

7. Faulty or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If yours isn't, tell us and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. See Delivery & Returns.

8. Our designs

All designs, images and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Buying a shirt doesn't give you the right to copy or resell the design.

9. Our responsibility to you

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, up to the amount you paid for your order. We sell for personal use only, not for business or resale.

10. Things outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays caused by events we can't reasonably control, such as postal strikes or severe weather. If a delay is long, you can cancel for a refund.

11. Complaints and the law

If something's wrong, contact us first and we'll do our best to fix it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
